Warranty policy

At Tide + Terra, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase to cover any defects or damage not associated with normal wear and tear. Below are the details of our warranty coverage:

What is Covered:

Manufacturing defects or damages that occur outside of typical wear and tear.
- Broken clasps, chains, or other structural issues due to a production error.

Exclusions:

Tarnishing after 30 days of purchase.
- Usual wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals or environments (such as saltwater), or any modifications to the jewelry not made by Tide + Terra.

Proof of Purchase:
To qualify for a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase. This can be:

- A Tide + Terra order number (for online orders).
- An original receipt from an authorized vendor, which must include the vendor’s name, date of purchase, and an itemized list of the purchased items.

How We Handle Warranty Claims:
Depending on the damage and situation, we may:

- Replace the item with the same or a similar product.
- Offer a refund (for online purchases only).
- Provide store credit for future purchases.

Please note that refunds are not applicable for items purchased in-store from authorized vendors; these items may be eligible for replacement or store credit only.

Return Shipping:

For online warranty claims, Tide + Terra will cover the cost of return shipping. You’ll receive a prepaid, printable shipping label to use for your return.
- For international customers, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, though we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

How to File a Claim:
To begin a warranty claim, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form found below this policy. We’ll review your claim within 3-5 business days, and if approved, provide instructions on how to proceed.

International Warranty Claims:
Our warranty also extends to international customers. However, please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping on warranty claims, though Tide + Terra will cover the cost of shipping any replacement product back to you.
