Shipping Policy

At Tide + Terra, we take pride in handcrafting each piece with care and attention to detail, ensuring that your order is special from the moment it’s created to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Below, you’ll find our detailed shipping policy, which covers everything from processing times to lost packages.

Processing Times
Orders placed before 2pm CST are typically created and processed the same business day. For orders placed after 2pm CST, creation and processing will begin the next business day. Most orders are handcrafted within 1-3 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days during holidays, sales, or new collection launches due to higher demand.

Shipping Rates
Domestic Shipping
: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
International Shipping: We do ship internationally to most countries. All VAT, customs, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by location. Please check your country’s policies for additional information.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Orders
: Shipped via USPS First Class, with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days.
International Orders: Shipped via USPS or UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2-10 mailing days, depending on the destination.Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional cost. If you wish to upgrade your shipping method, please contact us prior to shipment.

Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided within 24 hours of your order being accepted by USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment is lost, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. Once you have your claim number, reach out to us with the details, and we will work on reshipping your order right away. Please note, claims for lost shipments must be filed within 30 days from the last tracking update.
For damaged packages, contact us immediately with photos of the unopened, damaged package. Based on the situation, we will determine whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, all customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs vary by country and are based on the value of your order. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
