Return & Refund policy

At Tide + Terra, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted jewelry and strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Below, you will find our return and refund policy to guide you through the process.
Eligibility for Returns

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (including jewelry boxes or pouches).
Non-returnable items: Customized, earrings (for sanitary and health reasons), personalized, or sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
In-Store Purchases: Items purchased within a store are subject to the specific store's return and refund policy. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds on purchases made in-store. Although, your in-store purchased jewelry is still applicable to our warranty policy with a valid receipt showing the name of the authorized retailer.
Return Process

Request a Return
:
Email our customer service team at hello@tideterra.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and the next steps.
Shipping Your Return:
Once approved, ship your item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
Inspection & Refund:
Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions for a return. Once approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect every piece before it’s shipped, but if your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Send photos of the damage or defect, and we’ll happily provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship the exchange item at no additional cost.
Refunds (If Applicable)

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Payment Method:
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at checkout, or processed as a Tide + Terra gift card (can be gifted).
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@tideterra.com.
Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
